My name is Harrow ‘Harry’ Bear and I was posted to RAF Harrowbeer to help with the 2017 RAF Harrowbeer 1940s Weekend. I enjoyed my time there so much I decided to stay.

A few days after the event I popped back to check all was OK……and to have an ice cream from Willy’s Ice Cream! The nice people at Willy’s are one of the sponsors of the 1940s Weekend…..and their ice cream is delicious too!

And then I got my driver to take me to see Michelle at MB Lettings as they also sponsor the 1940s Weekend. Thanks Michelle!

And talking of Sponsors…..
I also popped in to see the girls at Gibbs Kirby to say ‘Thank You’. It was lovely to see them and they really didn’t want me to go but sadly, duty called and I had to return to Harrowbeer.
